Resumo:
Este projeto tem como objetivo mostrar aos alunos que dentro da democracia há preconceitos e sentimentos hostis que podem ser substituídos pela compreensão e diálogo. Comunicação intercultural, paz, fraternidade, direitos humanos e liberdade só podem ser desenvolvidos sob a égide da democracia. Temos a intenção de provar que as nações que têm diferentes culturas, línguas, religiões e ética podem falar a mesma língua. Será o jovem que irá obter o espectro mais amplo de conhecimento sobre a democracia e o seu papel no seu país e países parceiros. O papel dos professores é o de apoiar a sua consciência da democracia e das estruturas democráticas. A partir desta perspetiva, os nossos alunos estarão mais suscetíveis à aplicação da democracia no seu ambiente escolar, familiar e entre os seus amigos. Este projeto irá analisar origens democráticas na vida política, social, educacional e religiosa no passado e no presente.

Project summary:
In this project our aim is to show students that within democracy prejudices and hostile feelings can be replaced by understanding and dialogue. Intercultural communication, peace, brotherhood, human rights and freedom can only be developed under the umbrella of democracy. We intend to prove that nations who have different cultures, languages, religions and ethnics can speak the same language.
It will be the young who will obtain broader spectrum of knowledge about democracy and its role in their countries and their partners'. Teachers' role is to support their awareness of democracy and democratic structures. From this perspective, our students will be more susceptible to the application of democracy in their school environment, families and among their friends. Our project will analyse democratic origins in political, social, educational and religious life in the past and at present.
